Through 1:1 Personal Training sessions or Small Group Classes, I help women build strong, healthy bodies with a lot of fun and laughter along the way!
In the safety and privacy of my boutique Stellar Women Studio, women on Sydney's Northern Beaches learn to fall back in love with their bodies and fitness.
Encouraging women to step into their physical strength and future proof their bodies is where I do my best work!
My husband was watching me get dressed and was in awe how much my body had changed since training with Sonya! I'm less wobbly, stronger, leaner and more aware of my nutrition. Sonya knows her stuff, pushes me to work at my capacity and I go to sleep exhausted and happy.

Group Fitness Classes have a max of 4 women per class so that I can provide personalised coaching at every class.
